What happens if the item is damaged during delivery?

GO Pickup is not liable for damages caused while package is in transit or does not maintain insurance coverage for item loss or theft. Please go to the Terms and Conditions for full details.

What does a receiver needs to do?

Nothing. Only If you need to ask the delivery person to hand over the item to recipient or leave the item at door, you’ll be able to add delivery notes with further instructions to smooth the delivery process.

You can send packages within the same city or nearby locations, ensuring fast and efficient local delivery.
