How can I become a GO Pickup driver?

What are the requirements for becoming a GO Pickup Driver?
  • Must be 18 year old to deliver with Bicycle.
  • Must be 19 year old to deliver with Car, Motorcycle or Scooter.
  • Have a valid driver’s license, insurance and registration of your vehicle.
  • Pass a background check.
What if I need to cancel the delivery?

Drivers can cancel a delivery request at anytime.

  • Before Pickup – You can cancel without penalty, but frequent cancellations may affect your driver rating.
  • After Pickup – If you must cancel after picking up the package, you must return it to the sender.
  • For Misleading Package Descriptions – If the package weight, size, or contents do not match the listed details, you can reject the delivery with reporting the issue in the app.
When and how do I get paid?

GO Pickup drivers are paid weekly via direct deposit to their registered bank account.

Can I choose which deliveries to accept?

Yes! As a GO Pickup driver, you have the flexibility to accept or decline delivery requests.

Are there any restrictions on what I can deliver?

Drivers should inspect packages without opening it before accepting them. If an item does not match the description provided by the sender, you may reject the request without penalty.

  • Illegal drugs or unprescribed medications.

  • High Valuables like Cash, high-value jewelry.
  • Live animals or perishables requiring temperature control.

Can I use any vehicle for GO Pickup deliveries?

GO Pickup allows various vehicle types

  • Motorcycles & Bikes – Allowed for small, lightweight deliveries in select areas.
