These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GO Pickup mobile application and Services. By accessing or using our App and Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services

1. Definitions
  • User: Anyone using the App to request or deliver services for a package only.
  • Driver: An independent contractor providing delivery services via the App.
  • Services: Pickup and delivery services for packages facilitated through the App.
2. Eligibility
  • Users must be 13 years or older to use the Services.
  • Drivers must meet all eligibility requirements, including background checks, valid licenses, and valid car insurances.
3. Use of Services
  • Users must provide accurate information for deliveries.
  • Drivers are responsible for timely and safe delivery of packages.
  • Prohibited items include firearms, explosives, illegal substances, and any item restricted by law.
4. Payment and Fees
  • Users agree to pay all fees associated with deliveries as displayed in the App.
  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
  • Drivers will receive earnings based on completed deliveries, minus any applicable fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
1. User Cancellation Policy
A. Before a Driver is Assigned
  • Users can cancel their order free of charge before a driver has been assigned.
  • A full refund will be processed to the original payment method (if applicable).
B. After a Driver is Assigned but Before Pickup (for only 2 times)
  • If a user cancels after a driver has accepted the request but before the driver arrives at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Cancellation Fee: (different case-by-case).
C. After Pickup Has Started
  • Once the driver has arrived at the pickup location and the package is ready for delivery, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
  • The user will be charged the full delivery fee since the service is already in progress.
2. Driver Cancellation Policy
A. Before Accepting a Request
  • Drivers are free to ignore or decline delivery requests with no penalties.
B. After Accepting a Request
  • If a driver cancels after accepting but before reaching the pickup location, repeated cancellations may result in:
  • Lower priority in receiving future high paying requests.
C. After Arrival at Pickup Location
  • If a driver cancels after arriving, this may be considered an unfair practice and could lead to penalties or suspension unless justified (e.g., user unresponsive, illegal package, safety concerns).
3. No-Show Policy
  • If a user fails to hand over the package within 5–10 minutes of the driver’s arrival, the request may be automatically canceled and the user will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the base fare of the delivery.
  • If a driver fails to arrive within a reasonable timeframe, the user may cancel with a full refund and report the issue to customer support for review.
4. Refunds & Dispute Resolution
  • Users who believe they were wrongfully charged for cancellations can request a refund through GO Pickup customer support.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days if approved.
  • Disputes regarding cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Drivers are independent contractors and not employees of GO Pickup. Drivers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GO Pickup is not liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to packages during delivery.
  • Any injury, damage, or loss caused by drivers or third parties.
8. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the App or Services.
  • Harass or harm other users or drivers.
  • Engage in fraudulent activities.
9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violating these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the respective state where the case or person resides.
  • Users waive the right to participate in class actions.
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at our discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes.
